Kwita ku musaruro w’ibigori: Imirimo ikorerwa ibigori nyuma yo kubisarura

Igihe cyo gusarura

Ibigori bishobora kubikwa igihe kirekire nyuma yo gusarurwa ntibigire ikibazo bihura nacyo . Impeke zabyo zishobora kumara iminsi myinshi zitarangirika bitewe n’ ubushyuhe bw’aho zibitse, ubuhehere n’ibindi bitandukanye n’ikigero cy’ubuhehere bwazo cyangwa indwara n’ibyonnyi biri aho hantu bibitse .Kubw’izo mpamvu , abahinzi bagirwa inama yo kwita kuri ibi tuvuze neza mu gihe hakorwa imirimo ikurikira isarura kugirango haboneke impeke nziza cyane zumye.

Ubuziranenge n’ubwiza bw’impeke butangirira mu mu gusarura . Isarura ritangira igihe utangiye imirimo yo gukura ibigori mu murima byahinzweho ubujyana aho byumishirizwa.  Igihe cyo gusarura ugereranyije ni igihe ikigori kiba kigeze ku buhehere bwa 20-17% .

Ibikenerwa mu gusarura

  • Sarura ibigori mu igihe bimaze kwera neza byumye ariko ntutume bitinda mumurima cyane nyuma yo kuma kugirango bidafatwa n’udusimba n’ibindi byonnyi bikunda ibigori byumye. Ibi kandi bizatuma umurima wawe ubasha kuwutegura vuba kugirango uhingwe bundi bushya.
  • Ntiwanduze ikigori. Anika Ibigori ahantu hashashe neza hatunganyije bibaye byiza haba ari isima.
  • Mu rugo , ntubike ibigori bitarahungurwa aho ubonye hose , mu gikoni, mu gikari kuko ibi bituma amahirwe yo gutakara k’umusaruro yiyongera. Nyuma yo kubisarura hita ubijyana mu Ubwanikiro.

Imirimo ya mbere yo gusarura

Muri iki gihe , ibigori mu Rwanda ahanini bisarurwa n’abantu hakoreshejwe amaboko. Kugirango umuhinzi asarure ibigori ntibyandure, abyumishe ako kanya hirindwa ko impeke zakwangirika , umuhinzi asabwa kwitegura ku buryo bukurikira.

  • Menya neza ko aho uzabyanika cyangwa icyo uzabyanikaho giteguye neza nta mwanda uhari cyangwa ubiriho.
  • Sukura ibikoresho uzakoresha usarura umenye neza ko nta mwanda bifite uturuka ku biheruka gusarurirwamo kugirango bitaza kwanduza ibi urimo gusarura. Aha turavuga ibikoresho byo gusaruza, uduhabuzo, urukero, imipanga, ingorofani, imifuka, ibitebo.
  • Aho bishoboka woze ibyo bikoresho n’amazi ashyushye kugirango wice udukoko twab twarabyaritseho.
  • Tegura abantu bari bugufashe gusarura kandi uhite ujyana ibigori byasaruwe aho mu Ubwanikiro.

Gusarura

Sarura ibigori uhite ubishyira mu bikoresho ubitwaramo ubijyana mu bwanikiro  wirinda ko byandura.

Imirimo ya nyuma yo gusarura

Nyuma yo gusarura umuhinzi wese asabwa gusukura neza ibikoresho byakoreshejwe mu gusarura akabibika neza ahatagera idusimba twakwirakwiza ibyonyi n’indwara. Ibyo bikoresho ushobora kubikenera no mu yindi mirimo izakurikiraho nko gutwara ibigori ubijya kubihungura, gutwara impeke uzijyana mu bubiko. Iyo ibi bikoresho bitasukuwe neza bishobora kuba intandaro yo kwanduza ibigori kuko hari igihe kurwara no kwandura kw’impeke bihera mu murima.

Kumisha / Kwanika

Nyuma yo gusarura , umwanzi ukomeye w’ibigori ni ubuhehere. Impeke zihehereye cyane (zitumye neza) zikurura udusimba n’izindi ndwara. Ku bwizo mpamvu impeke zigomba kumishwa vuba bishoboka nyuma yo gusarura. Kwanika (Kumisha) nibwo buryo bwo kugabanya ubuhehere kugeza ku kigero zishobora kubikwa, akenshi ibigori bishobora kubikwa bigeze k’ubuhehere bwa 12%-15.5% . Ubuhehere ni ingenzi mu mirimo ikurikira isarura kuko indi mirimo yose ikurikiraho ishingira kuri bwo. Ibi kandi ni ngombwa cyane kubyitaho mu karere U Rwanda rurimo kuko hari igihe imvura n’ubuhehere bw’ikirere bikomeza kuba byinshi mu gihe cyo gusarura bikadindiza iyi mirimo. Itangira ry’ikindi gihembwe cy’ihinga hari igihe rigera hamwe ibigori bikiri mu murima , aha bisaba kugirango uhitemo ubwoko bwera mu ntangiriro z’igihe cy’umucyo.

Kwanika bituma amazi agabanuka mu mpeke z’ibigori kugeza kukigero cyagenwe, iyo impeke zigeze kuri iki kigero ntago ziba zigifite ubushobozi bwo guhinduka ngo ziba zamera, zabora mbese ni nk’aho buzima bwazo buba bwahagaze kugeza igihe zizongera kubonera amazi. Mu gihe cyo kwanika, umwuka ushyushye w’ikirere utuma amazi yo mu mpeke agabanyuka cyane cyane mu gihe hariho umuyaga w’ubuhehere buke. Ibigori bishobora kwanikwa ahabugenewe mu gicucu (inzu isakawe ariko mu mpande hadafunze) Impeke zishobora kwanika ahantu hateguwe hashase neza nyuma yo kuzihungura ku bitiritiri.

Kwirinda kwanika ibigori ku butaka kuko byahita bikurura amazi yo mu butaka n’udusimba . Ibigori byumishirizwa kuri shitingi za pulasitiki cyangwa imisambi n’ibirago mu gihe nta shitingi ufite. Ubu buryo ahanini nibwo bukoreshwa n’abahinzi gusa bufite imbogamizi:

  • Hagomba kuba umuntu wo kurinda/gucunga ibigori
  • Nijoro cyangwa igihe imvura iguye ugomba kubyanura
  • Impeke zishobora gutwarwa n’umuyaga / kunyanyagira mu gihe haje umuyaga ukabije
  • Impeke ziba zishobora kwivanga n’umukungungu, itaka , amabuye, kwanduzwa udukoko dutwarwa n’umuyaga.
  • Impeke ziribwa n’inyoni cyangwa zikangizwa n’amatungo yo mu rugo nk’inkoko, ihene , inka ibi bitera kwangirika k’umusaruro.
  • Ubu buryo kandi butwara igihe kinini n’abakozi benshi.

Guhungura

Guhungura ahanini bikorwa n’intoki cyangwa utumashini aho ufata impeke ukazihungura ku gitiritiri cyazo. Ikiza ni ugukoresha akamashini nubwo bihenze kuko guhungura ukoresheje intoki bitwara igihe kinini, guhura ibigori nabyo bituma impeke zangirika bikazamungwa mu gihe cy’ihunika.

Guhunika

Ikigamijwe aha ni ukubika ibigori mububyo bitazangirika haba mu ngano no mu bwiza. Mu gihe cy’ihunika ibigori bigombwa gukomeza byumye kandi bifite isuku, Impeke zishobora kubikwa kugeza ku myaka ibiri nta kwangirika ku ngano no ku bwiza bwazo. Gusa abahinzi benshi bakunda guhita hagurisha ku giciro gito nyuma yo gusarura hanyuma bakazabigura nyuma bibahenze kubabashije kubihunika. Hari uburyo bwinshi bwo guhunika kugeza igihe igiciro ku masoko kizaba ari kiza.

Ahantu heza ho kubika/guhunika hagomba:

  • Kuba nta kintu cyangiza umusaruro gihari nk’udusimba, ibyonnyi, inyoni ..
  • Kuba hadakonje kandi hadashyushye cyane kurenza ingero zagenwe, hagati y’umufuka urimo ibigori n’ubutaka hagomba gushyirwamo icyo guterekaho.
  • Kwirinda kongera ubukonje muri icyo cyumba
  • Kwirinda ko byakwibwa
  • Koresha ibikoresho biboneka muri ako gace bidahenze cyane
  • Kwirinda inyamaswa ziguguna harimo, imbeba, ifuku, isiha,…
  • Isuku ni ingenzi ahabitswe ibigori kandi iroroshye gukorwa na buri muhinzi wese.

Icyumaba cyo guhinika mo

Imifuka yo kubikamo igomba gutegurwa. Gusa ibindi nabyo birashoboka ariko imifuka niyo myiza kubera ko:

  • Iyo ugiye kubigurisha bigusaba kubifunga mumifuka
  • Ubwikorezi bwayo buroroha
  • Gupima ibiro biroroha mu gihe cyo kugurisha cyangwa kubara ingano yabyo
  • Kubika mu mifuka ituma bitanyanyagirika mu kubibika igihe kirekire
  • Icyumba cyo guhunikamo kigomba kuba giherereye ahantu hatareka amazi
  • Inzu yo guhunikamo igomba kuba iri ahantu hagera umuhanda kugirango ubwikorezi bworohe.

Gutakara k’umusaruro biturutse ku kutawubika neza

Udukoko dutera agahuyu, uruhumbu tuba twinshi iyo inzu ihunitswemo ifite ubukonjye n’ubuhehere bwinshi.  Ibi biriyongera iyo iyo nzu ifite udusimba twinshi cyangwa hageramo amazi. Utu dukoko dutera Aforotogisine (Aflatoxins) mu bigori bishobora kugira ingaruka z’indwara ya kanseri ku bantu n’amatungo bazarya ibi bigori.

Igitera Aflotoxin mu bigori bihunitse:

  • Kwanikwa kutagenze neza
  • Kwangirika nkw’impeke biturutse ku buryo zahuguwe
  • Guhunikwa ahantu hagera ubukonje
  • Kuba aho hantu harimo udusimba, ibyonnyi.

Iyi ndwara ntabwo iboneshwa amaso ariko igaragaza ibimenyetso bikurikira:

  • Kubora
  • Kuzana uruhumbu
  • Guhindura ibara
  • Kunuka/ impumuro mbi ituruka mu bigori
  • Gusharira
  • Gutanga ifu mbi iyo bisewe

Ibi bituma habaho

  • Kutakaza ubwiza, ubwinshi n’uburemere  bw’ibigori
  • Gutakaza ubwiza (impumuro mbi, ubusharire, guhindura ibara, guta intungamubiri, kuta ubiteye bitamera)
